Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessment: Conduct initial assessments and follow-up evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Therapy Development: Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on client diagnoses, treatment goals, and progress, using a mix of evidence-based and culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.

• Ongoing Support: Facilitate regular therapy sessions (both virtual and, when necessary, in-person), equipping clients with coping strategies and skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Referrals: Collaboratively work with clients and other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) for each client, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied client base, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Crisis Management: Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, utilizing crisis intervention skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a telehealth capacity and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
