Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations including the review of patient history, implementation of specific assessments, and documentation of results to create individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, ensuring involvement in setting realistic and achievable therapy goals.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols effectively, adapting strategies as needed based on patient progress and health care trends.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consulting with other healthcare professionals when necessary to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards, including initial evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries that reflect clear care trajectories.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity standards while maintaining an organized schedule and timely attendance to all meetings.
• Participate actively in marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to promote pathways to care and enhance patient access.
• Engage in professional development through continued education while also serving as a mentor to students and peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
