As a Physical Therapist at Activate Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and devising effective, individualized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility and quality of life.

Implementing therapeutic exercises, educating patients on proper techniques, and ensuring they understand their rehabilitation goals.

Utilizing manual therapy techniques such as massage and stimulation to promote healing and alleviate discomfort.

Assisting patients in navigating equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, drawing upon your knowledge to enhance their mobility.

Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously, ensuring that modifications to treatment plans are rooted in evidence-based practice.

Advising patients and their families on home care strategies and exercises that align with rehabilitation goals.

Our center serves a diverse patient population, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from surgery or injury, and elderly patients seeking rehabilitation to maintain independence. Our therapists are equipped to address a wide range of diagnoses, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic conditions. We aim to empower our patients, helping them regain their strength and functionality in a supportive environment.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field.

Current State License in Physical Therapy.

Proficiency in using electronic health records and basic word processing software.

While a minimum of one year of relevant experience is a requirement, candidates with additional clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly those familiar with pediatric or geriatric therapy, will be given preference. New graduates eager to learn and grow will also be welcomed, as mentorship opportunities are available.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
