Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients, taking into account their unique histories and presenting conditions to formulate effective treatment plans.

Provide clear consultation to other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Uphold high standards of customer service, interacting respectfully and empathetically with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure effective communication throughout the care continuum.

Engage in leadership activities such as community outreach programs, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and professional development workshops.

Provide clinical education to students and supervise their practical training to foster the next generation of physical therapists.

Monitor and direct the work of support staff effectively, ensuring optimal care delivery while managing departmental resources judiciously.

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals with orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, muscular imbalances, sports injuries, and age-related conditions. Our therapists focus on holistic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs, enabling efficient recovery and enhancing overall well-being.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

A valid State License in Physical Therapy must be maintained.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to ensure readiness in case of emergency situations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computer software and documentation tools necessary for patient management.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is highly preferred, particularly with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.

Background in community outreach or education initiatives within a healthcare context is a plus.
