Physical Therapist - Therapy - Full-Time

Position Overview Active Life Orthopedic Physical Therapy is looking for a committed and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lakeland, Florida. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain their mobility and enhance their overall well-being. Active Life Orthopedic Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing comprehensive physical therapy services with a strong focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. We are committed to improving the quality of life for our clients through evidence-based practice and innovative therapy techniques.

The position is based onsite, allowing therapists to engage directly with patients and observe their progress in real time. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. Maintain a manageable patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused and individualized care.

Utilize your expertise to administer effective physical therapy techniques that facilitate improvements in patient mobility and function.

Implement cost-effective therapy solutions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion while minimizing reliance on medication or surgical procedures.

Encourage and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering an environment that optimizes their functionality and promotes overall health.

Document all services provided accurately and maintain effective communication regarding patient outcomes, progress, and any adjustments needed in their treatment plans.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injury rehabilitation, and those managing chronic conditions affecting mobility. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, while a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.

Must hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in developing personalized exercise programs.

Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

Knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and technologies related to orthopedic rehabilitation.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 95,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
