Work Environment

This full-time position requires therapists to work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine functional status and develop individualized treatment plans reflecting their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement treatment strategies using a combination of exercise-based and hands-on therapy, employing modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on objective data.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, assistive devices, and lifestyle modifications that support recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care, participating in regular team meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain professional development by attending workshops, engaging in professional networks, and staying current with industry research.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office to document patient progress efficiently.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in fast-paced environments.
• A current CPR certification is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Certification in additional therapeutic modalities or specialties (e.g., orthopedic manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation) is a plus.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is advantageous and preferred by our organization.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
