Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective virtual therapy sessions using our telehealth platform, tailoring each session to meet individual client needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client feedback.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress to adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and case notes while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with other multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated and holistic care solutions for clients.
• Consistently maintain compliance with ethical and legal guidelines related to mental health practice, actively engaging in supervision and peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a digital or remote environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Technological proficiency, with comfort in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with client management software and teletherapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
