This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits them best. You will have the ability to manage your own schedule within standard office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. With no on-call obligations, our counselors can focus solely on delivering high-quality telehealth services, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health conditions, substance abuse histories, and treatment needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster engagement and healing.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their active involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and safeguard client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to work with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. By employing a strengths-based approach, our counselors have the opportunity to positively influence the lives of young individuals and their families, helping them navigate through some of life's most challenging experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults is preferred.

• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in the training of our proprietary evidence-based frameworks, known as care pathways.

• Advanced computer proficiency, including familiarity with EHR systems and the Google Suite.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, accompanied by a professional demeanor.

• Ability to create a warm, empathic environment that fosters patient engagement and trust.

• Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection and a designated private space to maintain client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the impact of social and cultural factors on mental health.

• Background in group therapy facilitation and the ability to engage clients in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
