Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate a client's mental health history, presenting concerns, and treatment needs, ensuring a nuanced understanding of each individual's situation.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans that clearly articulate specific therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes, adjusting them based on ongoing client feedback and progress.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues effectively.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and case managers, to create a cohesive care framework that promotes comprehensive treatment for each client.
• Provide education and supportive resources to clients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in the therapeutic process and equipped with strategies to foster recovery at home.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist in this role will engage with a diverse client population encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship concerns. Your ability to connect authentically with clients and provide culturally competent care will be crucial in facilitating positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling and a solid grasp of diverse treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders, particularly anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
