Work Environment

This role allows for flexibility with the option to schedule sessions during evenings and weekends. You will be part of a tightly-knit team of professional mental health providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, all collaborating to ensure integrated and effective care. While the position is primarily remote, interactions with the clinic team and in-person consultations with clients will be conducted in our established outpatient office located in Hickory Hills, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, including behavioral, emotional, and social factors.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to discuss client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering family engagement in the therapeutic process to enhance understanding and support systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation reflects accurate and timely information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
