Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting through our telehealth platform, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients across different locations. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, engaging with multidisciplinary professionals during regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Our telehealth approach enables flexibility in work hours, with regular business hours and some evening shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Foster collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated care and support for clients across their treatment journey.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilize clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, applying effective de-escalation techniques and support strategies.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and workshops designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) designation.
• A master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and adaptability in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet clients' unique cultural and personal needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in line with organizational policies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it allows for effective engagement with clients in remote settings.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to continuing professional development through workshops and training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
