Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will fulfill a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients effectively:

• Deliver remote therapeutic care through evidence-based treatment programs designed to meet the individual needs of our participants.
• Monitor and assess participant progress, conducting follow-up communications and care coordination while documenting session notes meticulously.
• Engage as an integral part of the care team, assisting participants in accessing vital resources, obtaining necessary consent, and ensuring authorization for care.
• Identify high-risk situations among participants with heightened safety concerns, applying company protocols to address these challenges adequately.
• Attend regular meetings with supervisors, participate in monthly team meetings, and engage in Town Hall discussions to stay updated and involved in team initiatives.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols as outlined in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and complete annual compliance training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and often face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. By focusing on actionable skills and evidence-based protocols, you will empower participants to build healthier habits and improve their overall well-being. Through telehealth, you will reach individuals who may not have accessed care otherwise, resulting in meaningful, lasting impacts on their lives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Hold a current and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Commit to maintaining a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to provide reliable support to your clients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following will enhance your application:

• Clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), alongside solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
