Our outpatient office model allows therapists to engage with clients effectively without the stress of billing insurance, as we coordinate funding through schools to streamline the therapy process and maximize your focus on treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Document all client interactions and progress accurately and comprehensively to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain open communication with clients and provide them with therapeutic support, tools, and resources.
• Be an advocate for mental health awareness within the community and collaborate with schools and organizations to enhance client access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our licensed mental health therapists primarily work with children and adolescents in school settings, addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Your expertise will empower these individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals, positively impacting their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in California, including LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• A clean record without any disciplinary actions from a licensing board in any jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong writing skills to effectively document client sessions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adult and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural competencies required in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
