The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, and we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, offering immediate interventions and support to manage acute mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health providers, to deliver holistic care that meets the needs of each client.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and relevant community resources, advocating for their rights and services throughout the process.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and with a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) with a strong commitment to ethical practice.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a focus on developing tailored treatment plans.
• Proficiency in delivering therapy using various modalities to accommodate different client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team structure.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all undertakings.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community health setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• A background in telehealth services is beneficial given our remote work structure.
• Experience working with diverse populations and issues, particularly surrounding trauma and crisis intervention.
