This full-time, remote position will focus on delivering high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents in the greater Las Vegas area. Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while also enjoying a collaborative work atmosphere. Our practice embraces a culture of teamwork and open communication, empowering therapists to share insights and strategies to enhance patient care. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs and concerns of children and adolescents.
\n
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that consider the unique developmental stages and family dynamics of each patient.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to guide parents and caregivers in fostering a supportive environment for their children.
\n
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is provided to those in need.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse population of children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. By providing compassionate and evidence-based care, you will be instrumental in supporting young clients and their families in navigating these challenges, ultimately fostering resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC in the state of Nevada is required.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including current therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy in a clinical setting.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, incorporating a compassionate, child-centered approach.
\n
• A strong ability to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and their families, fostering trust from the onset of treatment.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage patient information.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
