Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client concerns and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ensuring that principles are adapted to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, complying with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
