Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Consult with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care during a patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain adherence to customer service standards, engaging with every patient respectfully and appropriately, regardless of age or cultural background.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes using electronic health records systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and professional standards.
• Participate in leadership initiatives including community outreach programs, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to quality improvement projects.
• Supervise support staff and physical therapy assistants, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development through self-study, attending workshops, and participating in in-service training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will primarily treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your role will include delivering care to individuals across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that treatment plans consider their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Must possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
