Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing patient history and performing relevant assessments to formulate a precise treatment plan.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in goal-setting related to their care.
• Implement targeted treatment protocols based on evaluation findings while adapting to the patient's evolving needs.
• Regularly consult with interdisciplinary healthcare providers when necessary to ensure the integrated care of our patients.
• Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as required, and ensuring timely updates to medical records.
• Manage caseloads efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and maintaining productivity benchmarks.
• Participate in community outreach and educational activities to promote awareness of orthopedic rehabilitation services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Life Scape PT Service, your patient population will primarily include individuals recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements, fractures, sports injuries, and other orthopedic procedures. You will assess diverse conditions and work to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to unique needs, promoting recovery and functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.
• Current certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is essential.

Preferred Experience

While prior clinical experience is not necessary, any hands-on experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits
