Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, which include gathering detailed patient histories, performing physical assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Communicate findings effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their active participation in goal-setting for optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols while being flexible and responsive to each patient's evolving conditions and needs.
• Consult with fellow healthcare professionals when necessary, addressing any changes in patients' conditions promptly to adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including encounter notes and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity benchmarks while maintaining an organized and punctual schedule for patient visits and team meetings.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
