Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our Fairfax rehabilitation facility, designed for optimal patient care and staff collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop individualized therapeutic treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, regularly reassessing progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and injury prevention.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient evaluations and treatments, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare professionals, sharing relevant patient information to optimize care.
• Participate in community outreach programs aiming to increase awareness of physical therapy benefits and rehabilitation services.
• Contribute to staff education through training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continued education and self-directed learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy must be maintained.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
