Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing and overseeing evidence-based treatment programs across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Providing skilled therapeutic interventions that align with each patient's individualized care plan and rehabilitation goals.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by building rapport with patients and their families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches and regular communication.
• Educating patients and their caregivers about conditions, treatment techniques, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery.
• Meeting established productivity goals and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team caters to a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals of all ages who are experiencing recovery from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from an accredited organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
