Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and support for students’ mental health needs.

• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization, navigating the administrative aspects of care to focus on patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning to ensure long-term support for students transitioning out of clinical services.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support to students, modeling and promoting healthy relationships with food and body image.
\n
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and individualized care for each client, taking into account their intersecting identities, backgrounds, and life experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing mental health challenges, trauma, and behavioral issues. By offering tailored support, you will work to facilitate personal growth and resilience among students, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes while aligning with the school’s educational objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience working with older adults or youth populations is essential.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills to assess and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong financial package, our benefits include:
