Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment for patients referred by physicians.
• Design, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and physician directives.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes effectively.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, fostering an environment that encourages patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to leverage diverse expertise and enhance the effectiveness of care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and any updates related to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses a diverse range of patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. The ability to adapt treatment approaches to cater to specific needs is essential. You will engage with patients throughout their recovery journeys, building meaningful relationships that foster trust and encourage adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• A valid CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with patients and their caregivers.
• Proficient computer skills, including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to specific populations is preferred.
