This role will be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with patients in a manner that suits their needs. While most interactions will occur through telehealth platforms, you will also utilize our outpatient office when necessary for face-to-face sessions. Our organization values work-life balance and offers a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule from Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility to adjust based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and craft personalized treatment plans that cater to individual recovery goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), effectively aiding patients in processing trauma.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, equipping patients with coping strategies and tools to foster resilience and promote holistic healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, helping them understand the recovery process and the resources available to assist in their journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard patient privacy.

You will work primarily with clients who have experienced traumatic events, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
