Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques that encourage personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly track their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation that aligns with ethical standards and organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a varied clientele that includes adults, couples, and families, providing critical support to those facing issues such as relationship conflict, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
