This position is based at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Dulles, Virginia. As an onsite employee, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients, assessing their physical condition, capabilities, and specific needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, employing diverse techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities that enhance patient recovery.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress through regular check-ins, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient treatments, outcomes, and any modifications in compliance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's treatment, discussing challenges and progress in team meetings.
• Stay current with emerging trends in physical therapy practice and engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and professional organization memberships.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
