Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and appropriate interventions.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, facilitating open communication with other health professionals.

• Deliver timely and ethically compliant documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines, ensuring thorough records of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community services, hospitals, and external resources to provide a holistic support system.

You will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, focusing on individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a commitment to ongoing education.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices and patient engagement.
