Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring medical issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in New York as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals dealing with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful patient relationships.

• Exceptional ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensure confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications relevant to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
