Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the clinical needs of each client, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical services, including individual and group therapy, utilizing techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Work closely with clients to develop essential life skills, relationship-building strategies, and coping mechanisms tailored to their daily challenges.
• Continuously evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and services, acting as an advocate to navigate the complexities of mental health services.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement integrated service plans that promote holistic well-being for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will be on adults aged 18 and older who may experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Many clients may face barriers to accessing care, such as social stigma, financial limitations, or lack of support. Your role will be vital in helping these individuals navigate their journey toward stability and independence, fostering a connection to resources and a sense of community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active state licensure as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or as a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated capacity to practice independently without supervision and a clear record without disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proven experience providing direct clinical services to individuals with mental health issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Proficient in using technology for client engagement, with a reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges faced by various demographic groups.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Background in community mental health, rehabilitation, or outpatient clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 – 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus to ensure you feel rewarded for your commitment.
