This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to set your environment for counseling. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, ensuring a comfortable, confidential environment for open discussion.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs.
• Evaluate clients to identify specific emotional or mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and complex grief.
• Guide clients in practicing healthy coping mechanisms and self-awareness through insightful dialogues.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as appropriate to provide comprehensive care.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in our digital system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adults who are seeking assistance in managing low-acuity mental health issues. All clients are carefully screened to ensure they are ready for telehealth services. This focused client base allows you to foster productive therapeutic relationships and facilitate thoughtful, impactful treatment.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent and active mental health license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate digital platforms efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will display strong interpersonal skills, an empathetic nature, and the ability to make clinical evaluations and treatment decisions proactively. Experience working with diverse clientele and familiarity with telehealth systems will be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a healthcare stipend for full-time employees. You will also enjoy the following benefits:
