Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Healthfy Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual goals of clients.

• Providing therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and group counseling sessions for a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records according to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
