Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat.
• Encouraging clients to explore their emotions and share personal experiences in a safe environment.
• Assisting clients in setting and achieving their therapeutic goals through structured treatment plans.
• Identifying potential barriers to recovery and working collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive and includes:

• A yearly salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.
• A sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining.
• Weekly direct deposit of earnings for financial stability.
