Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health issues. Utilize your clinical skills to form accurate diagnoses and design personalized treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions incorporating various evidence-based modalities tailored to respond to the distinct objectives and circumstances of each client.
• Provide effective crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, equipping them with tools and strategies for immediate coping.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, reflecting assessment outcomes, treatment progress, and clinical documentation that aligns with both ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a team of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care and to make referrals when necessary.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment journeys, and community resources available to them. Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and entitlements within the healthcare system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to remain current with evolving best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Your approach will focus on building trust and rapport with each client, fostering an environment conducive to sharing and healing. You will tailor your treatment modalities to address individual circumstances—including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues—providing compassionate support as clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic processes.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, it is not strictly required for entry-level candidates who demonstrate potential and commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
