Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing detailed assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Communicate evaluation results and collaboratively set treatment goals with patients and their families, ensuring they are an integral part of the rehabilitation process.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment protocols and adjust them based on patient progress and changing health care environments.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with physicians and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Manage discharge planning, including follow-up care instructions, while meticulously documenting patient progress through legible and comprehensive records.
• Exhibit effective time management skills, meeting productivity standards and maintaining a well-organized schedule for patient appointments and administrative tasks.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, contributing to promotional efforts and increasing awareness of our exceptional care services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will use advanced rehabilitation techniques not only to alleviate pain but also to restore function and enhance the overall quality of life for each of your patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a similar rehabilitation setting.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida, or eligibility for licensure.
• Proficiency in CPR certification from the American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Compensation and Benefits
