Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, developing a holistic understanding of their concerns, goals, and personal histories.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to treat issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions that address relationship dynamics, helping to improve communication and resolve family conflicts.

• Create personalized treatment plans that establish clear objectives and interventions, tailoring them to suit each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the timely help required.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available coping strategies, and resource options to foster ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines, upholding client confidentiality and informed consent throughout all interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Senior Hope Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model operates on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring guaranteed payment ahead of collections, with no waiting for reimbursement.
