Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, tailoring approaches to meet specific recovery goals.
• Utilize a range of treatment methodologies, ensuring you apply evidence-based practices for optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic care, applying various modalities and techniques aimed at improving patients' functionality and quality of life.
• Promote excellent customer service standards and actively contribute to the effectiveness and reputation of our clinic.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to leverage collective expertise in enhancing patient outcomes.
• Educate and train patients and their families on treatment processes, self-care strategies, and rehabilitation techniques, empowering them in their recovery.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and meet minimum utilization goals to support business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Caring Physique Therapy Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic conditions, pediatric needs, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, demonstrating advanced knowledge and training in the field.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory for practice.

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association, ensuring readiness for any emergency situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in documentation and patient management systems.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in a variety of specialties, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological rehabilitation.
• A strong track record of building rapport with patients and demonstrating genuine care and compassion throughout the treatment journey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
