Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual mental health goals.

• Engage in open dialogue with patients to understand and diagnose mental and emotional disorders, employing effective therapeutic techniques.

• Create and implement coping strategies and support plans, equipping patients with practical tools to manage challenges stemming from trauma.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs to ensure optimal care outcomes.

• Educate both patients and staff on techniques for coping with stress and trauma, fostering an informed community that embraces mental wellness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
