This position is uniquely remote, allowing for the flexibility to perform counseling duties from your home or any location that suits you best. You will have access to a variety of digital tools and systems, including electronic medical records (EMR) software, enabling seamless documentation and communication with both the team and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will undertake a range of critical responsibilities focused on ensuring the mental well-being of our clients:

• Conduct ongoing assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
\n
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians regarding progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Establish a weekly schedule that includes appointments, home visits, and other monitoring activities to track client progress.
\n
• Perform home visits to engage with clients in their natural environment, supporting in-home observations deemed necessary for effective care.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and additional relevant meetings to cultivate a collaborative approach to client care.
\n
• Complete and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly progress notes, documenting the advancements and needs of each client.
\n
• Organize and provide training for staff on the implementation of therapeutic plans and documentation practices, ensuring a high level of competency across the team.

• Act as a liaison to the mental health community, establishing relationships that support both client and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors support a diverse patient population, including both adults and youth, facing various challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex situations involving trauma, couples therapy, and substance misuse. The LPC will be expected to tailor their counseling methods to meet the unique needs of each patient, fostering therapeutic alliances that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
\n
• At least 2 years of professional experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with a broad range of clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with specialization in:

Experience using EMR software or similar technology is also highly preferred, as this will be integral in documenting patient information accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Invasive Academy, RTC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, the benefits package includes:
