Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within a telehealth framework, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your location while still being part of a vibrant and interconnected team. Our work hours are primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, facilitating a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges facing children and adolescents.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider developmental milestones, family dynamics, and personal aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
