Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique cultural background and personal experiences.

• Utilize established therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in both group and individual settings.

• Deliver crisis intervention to patients facing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and collaboration with a network of healthcare providers.

• Create and maintain accurate clinical documentation, such as progress notes and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Engage in psychoeducation for patients and their families, equipping them with strategies to effectively manage their mental health conditions.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate integrated patient care.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as needed to optimize patient recovery.

• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in mental health, implementing new findings into your practice to ensure high-quality care.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
