Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses and devising individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.

• Provide therapeutic services across various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Respond promptly to clients experiencing acute mental health crises by offering crisis intervention and outlining effective coping strategies during high-stress situations.

• Maintain rigorous documentation practices by keeping accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, community resources, and the therapeutic process, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
