Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing our LCSW to engage with clients through virtual platforms. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to coordinate holistic care strategies.
• Advocate for clients' access to appropriate community resources and services, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients and their families to facilitate understanding and support during difficult transitions.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in mental health and social work practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus will be on serving individuals facing a range of mental health concerns that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Our client base often comprises vulnerable populations, including seniors, children, and families, who require compassionate and informed support. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with state laws.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, social services, or a related field.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention techniques.
• Proficiency in working with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and maintain professionalism in sensitive environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective team collaboration and client rapport.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits
