Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, effectively triaging care based on patient needs.

• Document patient evaluations and interventions accurately, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress during patient rounds.

• Deliver graduate-level clinical social work and therapy interventions tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Manage a caseload of clients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive support.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist patients in their treatment plans and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Renewed Life Mental Health Center may include individuals of various ages and backgrounds facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and significant life transitions. Your expertise will allow you to adapt therapeutic methods to meet the specific emotional and psychological needs of each client, fostering a safe and healing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Willingness to commit to a schedule of 10-40 hours per week, providing flexibility in your availability to accommodate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
