Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions to address client needs related to substance use and mental health, using telehealth technology to facilitate meaningful engagement.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress, employing evidence-based methodologies.
• Collaborate with a remote interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care, participating in regular virtual team meetings and case reviews.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during high-demand situations, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic space.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking support during their detoxification process, as well as their families. Many clients may have co-occurring mental health disorders, requiring a trauma-informed approach and sensitivity to their unique experiences. You will play an essential role in helping clients develop coping strategies and support networks, crucial for fostering long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and active LICSW license from the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, particularly in substance use treatment and recovery.
• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning, with a thorough understanding of addiction and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
