Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of techniques tailored to promote personal growth and emotional healing.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Offer teletherapy sessions as necessary, ensuring accessible care for clients facing geographical or mobility barriers.
• Maintain accurate and timely records to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational policies.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to remain current in the field and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base comprises individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Exhibit a high level of empathy and compassion, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management capabilities to balance multiple client schedules effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital health tools.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
