Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at InSearch Therapeutics, your key responsibilities will include:

• Directing physical therapy interventions aimed at preventing disability, relieving pain, and improving muscle function according to each client's personalized plan of care.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the implementation of effective treatment strategies as outlined in care plans.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional levels through diagnostic tests, establishing baselines, and measuring outcomes.
• Assessing the home environment to provide tailored recommendations that facilitate safe and effective rehabilitation.
• Delivering physical therapy services in accordance with physician prescriptions, ensuring high standards of care are met during treatment sessions.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and utilizing physical agents to optimize recovery and improve mobility.
• Making adjustments to prosthetic and orthotic devices, providing recommendations to enhance client independence.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously in clinical records, including evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries for each client.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights for comprehensive treatment planning and evaluation.
• Educating clients and families on rehabilitation techniques, empowering them to engage fully in their therapy programs.
• Ensuring timely submission of all documentation and adhering to organizational and compliance protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including elderly patients needing rehabilitation support after surgery, individuals recovering from injuries, and clients with chronic conditions requiring long-term therapy interventions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record software, particularly Web PT, for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
