Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a key role in supporting the mental health and wellness of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing brief therapeutic interventions for patients requiring mental health services, ensuring timely support that aligns with their individual needs.

• Collaborating with primary care providers to identify patients in need of behavioral health interventions, while also determining appropriate referrals to specialty mental health facilities when necessary.

• Initiating and maintaining follow-ups to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Developing relapse prevention strategies aimed at helping patients maintain stability and manage their mental health effectively.

• Documenting patient progress and relevant diagnostic information in accordance with established protocols, ensuring clear communication with healthcare providers.

• Consulting with clinic management and team members on behavioral health services, contributing to continuous improvement and outcome evaluations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

• A current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crossbend Behavioral Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
