Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via our telehealth platform, creating a safe and open environment for discussion.
• Engage in active listening to understand client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling and actively participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients—each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and mental health challenges. You will provide therapy to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other concerns. Understanding and respecting their individual stories will be paramount in fostering a therapeutic relationship and facilitating effective treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and best practices, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing individual therapy is highly desirable, especially in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with using technology to deliver therapy and a strong comfort level with virtual communication tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
