Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with adult clients using techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.
• Documenting session notes and treatment details in an organized and timely manner to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintaining therapeutic alliances with clients, encouraging their engagement in their own treatment journeys.
• Collaborating with our clinical team to stay updated on best practices and enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By offering online therapy, you will help reduce barriers to access, allowing clients from varied backgrounds to receive support tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Competency in using evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong writing skills to create clear and concise documentation of patient notes and treatment strategies.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions by any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who also possess:

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• Specialized training or certifications in various therapeutic modalities that can enhance our service offerings.
• A background in community mental health and familiarity with cultural competency in diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
