Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and interviews to gather comprehensive data.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide intervention strategies.
• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, aimed at fostering healing and growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
